Talk about extreme sports! These adrenalin-starved “extreme kayakers” paddled down a breathtaking 300ft spillway at one of Wales’ biggest resevoirs.
The extreme sports pair reached speeds of 45mph as they sped down the 1:3 gradient of the Llyn Brianne Reservoir’s concrete overspill run.
Their only protection were the flimsy canoes, made of 1cm of plastic and their helmets.
